Engineering and automation company with a long tradition, modern technologies and stable background is looking for CRM Application Manager. If you have a strong communication skills and experience in CRM system, this job offer is for you.

Scope of employment:

  • responsibility for the support and further development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including ERP and DMS integration
  • optimize business processes and implement new system functionalities together with external software developers
  • conduct user training and ensure up-to-date documentation
  • area of responsibility also includes the analysis and correction of errors as well as user support (second level support)

Educational Specialization: Information Technologies

Personality requirements and skills

  • CRM system knowledge (processes, operations, customizing, databases)
  • experience with Dynamics is a big plus
  • project management skills in the migration project to the cloud and in the introduction of a customer portal
  • analytical-conceptual thinking and acting as well as a high level of problem-solving skills
  • strong customer orientation, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • good written and spoken communication in English
